Why we took this one on
Most buyers in Las Terrenas face the same fork: an apartment with a shared pool and a neighbour through the wall, or a standalone villa at double the money. Coral Nova sits between them — a duplex with its own entrance, its own terrace and its own pool, priced where the apartments are.
What makes it unusual is who built it. Terravante Properties operate vacation rentals in Las Terrenas as well as building them, so the layouts come from watching what guests actually use. Pools with no restricted hours. Indoor-outdoor living that works in this climate. Storage where you need it.
Seven units across four buildings, so it stays small. There is on-site management, laundry and inventory space built in, which matters enormously if you intend to rent the place while you are away.
